Job Description
- Required - (ACI and Nexus) architecture.L3 DC Residential Engineer.
Job Mandate:The primary role of Network L-3 Engineer is to be able to provide the Second level fault troubleshootingfor any deployment related issues.
Job Requirements :- Cisco CCNA, CCIP,CCNP, CCIE
- 8+ years with senior level Cisco configuration, Network operational support, project deployment.
-Candidate must have above good communication skills.
- Experience with supporting and troubleshooting of Cisco ACI, Nexus and RS.
-Experience in hardware provisioning, installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting.
-Strong working knowledge of Cisco ACI, Nexus Switches, Catalyst and Routers
-Good technical and problem solving skills.Knowledge and Skills
- Hands on experience on Cisco ACI,Nexus, firewall, Cat9K, Routing protocol
- Understand, troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve network issues with minimal need to engage escalationresources.
- Assist Customer with functions, provide technical support and troubleshooting to users.
- Interface with Cisco Customer, TAC, Engineering team and providers to create and manage problemresolution
- Communicate and document incidents to include cause, action, and solution as well as root causeanalysis
- Create and update trouble tickets as required by standard procedures
- Record, update, and manage all assigned service requests.
- Identify known issues, hardware, and software problems, Knowledgebase, and analytical tools.
- Assist in improving and creating processes and procedures to improve quality and productivity in team
