Job Summary :
We are seeking a highly experienced and accomplished Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical Architect/Lead to provide technical leadership and guidance on complex CRM projects. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Dynamics 365 platform, extensive hands-on experience in customization and development, and a proven track record of architecting and delivering enterprise-level CRM solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities :
Technical Leadership and Architecture :
- Define and implement the technical architecture for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, guiding them1 on best practices and coding standards. -
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Design and implement complex customizations, integrations, and extensions using Dynamics 365 SDK, JavaScript, C#, .NET, and related technologies.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to enhance the CRM platform.
- Lead technical design sessions and create detailed technical documentation.
Dynamics 365 Customization and Development :
- Develop and customize Dynamics 365 entities, forms, workflows, business rules, and plugins.
- Implement complex integrations with external systems using Web APIs, RESTful services, and other integration technologies.
- Design and develop custom user interfaces using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related frameworks.
- Develop and deploy custom workflows and business process flows using Power Automate.
- Develop and implement complex Javascript libraries for advanced client side logic.
Project Management and Client Communication :
- Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and timelines.
- Provide technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure project success.
- Manage technical risks and issues, and provide timely resolutions.
Performance and Security :
- Ensure the performance and scalability of Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Implement security best practices to protect sensitive data.
- Conduct performance testing and optimization.
Required Technical Skills :
Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM :
- Deep understanding of the Dynamics 365 platform (Sales, Service, Marketing, etc.).
- Extensive experience in customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 entities, forms, workflows, and business rules.
- Proficiency in Dynamics 365 SDK, Web API, and plugin development.
- Deep understanding of the Dynamics 365 security model.
.NET Development :
- Expertise in C# and .NET Framework/Core.
- Experience in developing custom plugins, workflows, and integrations.
Web Technologies :
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
- Experience in developing custom user interfaces and web resources.
- Extensive experience with Restful web services.
Database :
- Strong understanding of SQL Server and database design principles.
- Experience in writing and optimizing SQL queries.
Integration Technologies :
- Experience with integration platforms and technologies (e.g., Azure Logic Apps, SSIS).
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services.
Cloud Technologies :
- Familiarity with Azure services and cloud deployment models.
- Experience with Power Platform, including Power Automate.
DevOps :
- Experience with automated deployment, and source control.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 15-17 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development and architecture.
- Proven track record of delivering complex CRM projects.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications are highly desirable.
