IPQA :

1. Responsible for compliance of IPQA activities for Oral manufacturing blocks.

2. Responsible for issuance, review and retrieval of Manufacturing BPRs , ECRs and Log book for Oral products.

3. Review of Quality Data.

4. Responsible for updation & review of Trend data for Annual Product Quality Review.

5. Review of Trend data for Water and Environmental Monitoring for Oral Manufacturing Blocks.

QMS :

1. Monitoring, review & Approval of QMS related functions and accountable for its compliance.

2. Review & Approval of market complaint investigations & recalls.

3. Review & Approval of Out of Specification Investigations.

4. Review & Approval of Deviations and respective investigations.

5. Review & Approval of Change Controls.

6. Training of Plant & QA / QC personnel in cGMP.

7. Conducting Internal Audits / Self Inspections.
