Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled individual to join our team as a NOC Engineer specializing in IP-MPLS (Internet Protocol - Multiprotocol Label Switching) and MPLS-TP (Multiprotocol Label Switching - Transport Profile). This is an excellent opportunity for fresh engineering graduates with a background in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) or Information Technology (IT) to start their careers in the dynamic field of network operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Network Monitoring and Maintenance:

• Monitor and analyze the performance of IP-MPLS and MPLS-TP networks.
• Identify and troubleshoot network issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Implement routine maintenance tasks and updates to optimize network performance.

2. Incident Response:

• Respond to alerts and incidents promptly, following established procedures.
• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to resolve network related incidents.
• Document and report incidents, resolutions, and post-incident analysis.

3. Configuration and Deployment:

• Assist in the configuration, installation, and deployment of network equipment.
• Ensure proper implementation of IP-MPLS and MPLS-TP protocols and standards.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to execute changes in the network infrastructure.

4. Performance Optimization:

• Analyze network traffic patterns and optimize network configurations for efficiency.
• Implement QoS (Quality of Service) policies to ensure optimal performance for critical applications.

5. Documentation:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Contribute to the development of knowledge base articles for common network issues.

6. Collaboration and Training:

• Collaborate with other teams such as engineering, security, and customer support.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on the latest technologies and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) or Information Technology (IT).
• Strong understanding of networking principles and protocols, with a focus on IP-MPLS and MPLS-TP.
• Knowledge of routing and switching technologies, including OSPF, BGP, and MPLS.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and incident response procedures.
• Basic understanding of security protocols and practices.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Programming Languages: C/C++, Java, Shell Scripting, Any
• Good to have Programming Language: Python, Golang
