Role & responsibilities -

• Design and develop integrations between Enterprise Application such as Salesforce, IFS, SAP, ServiceNow and other applications/systems.
• Define the strategy and guidelines as per technical landscape of Enterprise Application (CRM and other solutions)
• Manage, package, and deploy software releases to all environments using robust software development lifecycle methodology.
• Perform development activities including coding and configuration as well as guide team members.
• Manage external relationships with a focus on client satisfaction, clearly communicating issues, and delegating work as necessary.
• Assess new technologies, software to improve and/or automatize some technical processes (code checking, tests, deployment)
• Troubleshoot issues, resolve complex system problems, and develop and manage complex workflow rules, data validations, and object customizations.
• Conduct data migration workshops and develop migration jobs for Data Migration.
• Responsible for Go-Live preparations and successful Go-live.

Preferred candidate profile

Experience/Certification on Salesforce Cloud (Sales, Marketing, Service) Experience/Certification on IFS (IFS FSM, IFS Cloud, IFS ERP)
