Job Description: Scrum Master with Testing Expertise (4-5 Years of Experience)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Scrum Master with a strong Agile mindset, a background in software testing, and working knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 or Oracle Fusion applications. The ideal candidate will drive Agile practices, support the team in delivering high-quality solutions, and leverage their ERP expertise to ensure the seamless delivery of enterprise projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Agile Facilitation: Serve as a servant leader, facilitating Scrum ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives).

2. Guide the team in adopting and adhering to Agile principles, ensuring the timely delivery of deliverables.

3. Identify and resolve impediments that impact team productivity and collaboration.

Team Collaboration and Coaching:

1. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and product owners, to align on goals and priorities.

2. Coach the team on Agile best practices, fostering continuous improvement.

3. Drive accountability and a shared sense of ownership among team members.

Testing Support:

1. Leverage testing expertise to assist in defining acceptance criteria and testing strategies.

2. Ensure the team delivers high-quality solutions by advocating for robust QA practices.

3. Support testing efforts during development cycles and provide insights into test automation and defect management.

Metrics and Reporting:

1. Track and report on team performance using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.).

2. Communicate project progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders effectively.
