About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with strong analytical and communication skills to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a native Chinese speaker with fluency in English, enabling seamless collaboration with our Chinese clients.
Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering: Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements from Chinese stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs.
- Process Analysis: Model, analyze, and optimize business processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Data Analysis: Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Solution Design: Develop innovative solutions that align with business objectives and technical constraints.
- Documentation: Create clear and concise documentation, including business requirements documents, process flows, and user stories.
- Stakeholder Management: Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels, building strong relationships and managing expectations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers, to ensure project success.
Other Responsibilities:
- Act as a single point of contact between the business and technical team.
- Strong business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users.
Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: Native or bilingual proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) and English.
- Technical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in business analysis methodologies and tools (Optional: Salesforce or other IP systems).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Understand business requirements and translate it into functional and technical requirements and test scripts.
- Analyze real-time and historical data on operational performance and customer experience.
- Generate and modify user dashboards; partner with development & testing teams to create effective tools.
- Coordinate with Salesforce administration & Development teams to take ownership of technical delivery and escalate to relevant resources on roadblocks.
- Participate in all aspects of changes: requirements, design, user testing, and agile sprints.
- Enable functional delivery and be responsible for User Acceptance Testing (UAT) rollout.
- Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions.
- Enable effective decision-making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format.
- Analyze current delivery trends, provide recommendations, and execute existing or new programs and process improvements to drive productivity and improved service delivery.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, information systems, engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications (Optional): Certifications like Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or any related certifications.
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Strong written, verbal, and collaboration skills.
