We re seeking a versatile Sales professional to join our Financial Services team in India to be our subject matter expert to support to the field sales organization to complete the sale of solution offerings by understanding the customer needs and/or problems and then targeting the appropriate solutions.

In this position you will report to the Services Sales Leader, India for Financial Services. This position can be based in Mumbai.

The ideal candidate will hold the following responsibilities:

• Create a winning approach that highlights NCRs unique capabilities in solving customer s requirements
• Develop and manage NCR s sales organization to sell NCR Service Sales Solutions
• Consultative approach to build solid customer relationships to be viewed as a credible and consistent source of expertise within the account
• Provide the vision, inspiration necessary to drive commercial success
• Full responsibility of orders, revenue, profit
• This person is responsible for selling comprehensive suite of services including:

• NCR Maintenance Services / Multi-Vendor Maintenance Services
• Managed Services
• Technology Migration / Consolidation Services
• Customer Experience Transformation Business Transformation Services
• Planning, Project Management, Design, installation and commissioning, re-location services

• Develop and deploy a go-to-market strategy in conjunction with senior management
• Helps to develop and subsequently implement new projects, policies and procedures for the country to meet Financial Sales revenue targets
• Responsible for creating market potential and opportunities for our solutions, within NCR Financial Industry;
• Plan and direct all Financial sales activities including planning and implementing forecasts, developing policies as well as staffing of the sales force
  Formulate and advocate a people management strategy and high performance culture

Qualifications Skill set

Bachelor s degree minimum required.

Preferred 8+ years experience with understanding of selling Multi-Vendor Maintenance Services / Managed Services and Outsourcing solutions within India Region.

Understanding of Managed Services and Outsourcing.

In depth awareness and understanding of the services market and related competition

Strong Solution Selling skills and experience.

Demonstrated ability to lead sales discussion, drill down on details and can facilitate and coverage of opportunity discussion with diverse opinions.

Customer-focused

Excellent communication and presentation skills

Commercial awareness/experience and technical IT knowledge

Team player - ability to work as a team player, self-motivated, creative and flexible

Experience in developing and executing sales strategies

Spoken and Written Fluency in English, Hindi and any other regional languages of India would an added advantage.
