Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in order processing and delivery challans and come from a manufacturing industry background.

Responsibilities:

• Manage order processing, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.
• Prepare and track delivery challans and coordinate with logistics teams.
• Work efficiently with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) for reporting and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal departments to streamline operations.
• Maintain and update records in the system, ensuring data accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.

Requirements:

• Any graduate (Preferably B. Com)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
• Ability to work with systems and adapt to new technologies.
• Experience handling order processing and delivery documentation.
