Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) maintenance activities on site.
  
• Ensure timely completion of electrical installations and plumbing system works.
  
• Oversee MEP design projects from conceptualization to execution.
  
• Coordinate with contractors for smooth project progress and quality control.
  
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.

• As a certified AUTOCAD member ,knowledge to make changes in design drawings as per site condition.
• Expertise to execute both Commercial and Residential buildings.
• Expertise in manpower management and scheduling the works on the priority basis.
• Expertise in managing the clients with their requirements.
• Knowledge in maintaining Documentation and checklists.
• Knowledge in maintaining the specialized services and third party inspection certificates for a building as per the government regulations.
• Bill certification and quantity surveying
