Key Responsibilities :

1. SD-WAN Implementation and Management :

- Design, implement, and manage SD-WAN solutions to optimize network performance, improve security, and reduce costs.

- Monitor SD-WAN deployments, ensuring seamless connectivity and high availability for all users.

- Troubleshoot and resolve SD-WAN-related network issues to ensure business continuity.

2. Cisco Networking and Security :

- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and other network devices.

- Implement and support Cisco Firewall solutions to safeguard network security and ensure protection against external threats.

- Perform regular network assessments, ensuring the network is optimized for performance and security.

- Collaborate with the security team to deploy firewall rules, access controls, and other security protocols.

3. Meraki Solutions Management :

- Deploy, configure, and manage Meraki cloud-managed networking devices, including switches, routers, firewalls, and wireless access points.

- Monitor and troubleshoot Meraki dashboards to ensure efficient network operation and resolve any connectivity issues.

- Implement and manage remote networking solutions via Meraki for branch office integration.

4. Aruba Wireless Networking :

- Design and deploy Aruba wireless solutions to provide secure, high-performance wireless connectivity for the organization.

- Troubleshoot wireless network issues and optimize Aruba Access Points and controllers for optimal performance.

- Ensure that wireless networks are secure and meet compliance requirements, applying necessary updates and patches.

5. Advanced Network Infrastructure (ADI) :

- Work with ADI (Advanced Data Infrastructure) solutions to integrate complex network and data infrastructures.

- Support the deployment of advanced network systems and troubleshoot complex network configurations related to ADI technology.

6. Network Optimization and Troubleshooting :

- Continuously monitor network performance and recommend improvements to ensure maximum uptime, optimal bandwidth utilization, and minimal latency.

- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity and performance issues across SD-WAN, Meraki, Aruba, and Cisco environments.

- Ensure timely resolution of escalated network issues in line with SLAs.

7. Collaboration and Knowledge Sharing :

- Provide training and knowledge sharing for team members and internal stakeholders on networking best practices, new technologies, and solutions.

- Work closely with the professional development team to incorporate networking technologies into the broader Professional Development Program (PDP) for organizational growth.

8. Documentation and Reporting :

- Maintain comprehensive documentation on network infrastructure, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.

- Produce regular reports on network performance, SD-WAN optimization, and other relevant metrics for stakeholders.
