This is a key position for expanding the business in various product ranges inclusive of inverter, solar and e-ricksha batteries. This person will handle the various products from a planning and execution perspective of marketing. He/She will hand over the market research insights to the R&D team for further processing and train the sales team on key features and USPs of products. Develop insights into the current market & track market trends, with a focus on all product categories.
Qualification & Specialization - Master's degree in Marketing & Btech / Mtech Electrical

Product Strategy Formulation:
- Develop detailed product roadmaps, including timelines, milestones, and specific goals for each product line.
- Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends, potential customer needs, and technological advancements.
- Coordinate with senior leadership to align product strategies with Okaya's broader business objectives.
Product Development Management:
- Direct the entire process of product development, including concept validation, prototyping, testing, and final design.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to integrate innovative features while ensuring product feasibility.
- Implement rigorous quality control and compliance checks throughout the product development lifecycle.
Project Management Proficiency:
- Skilled in planning, organizing, and executing complex projects.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
Market Research Execution:
- Lead market research efforts, including customer surveys, focus groups, and competitive analysis.
- Analyze data to derive actionable insights for product differentiation and positioning.
- Regularly update and refine product strategies based on ongoing market feedback.
Cross-Functional Team Leadership:
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between product management, marketing, sales, and engineering teams.
- Ensure that all departments are aligned with the product vision and have the necessary information and resources to achieve their objectives.
Product Launch and Lifecycle Management:
- Oversee the planning and execution of product launches, including marketing strategies and sales enablement.
- Monitor product performance post-launch and make data-driven decisions for enhancements, updates, or discontinuation.
