Job Overview

Were looking for a Full stack developer with expertise in web design and development, specializing in creating attractive and responsive landing pages to drive traffic-to-lead conversion. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional design skills, strong technical expertise, basic digital marketing knowledge, and a proven track record of delivering high-performing, conversion-focused digital assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Conversion & Landing Page Creation:
• Develop new, responsive, and visually appealing landing pages using modern design principles and tools.
• Use tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and other design software to craft user-friendly and conversion-optimized assets.
• Implement effective strategies such as lead magnets, pop-ups, and clear CTAs to maximize lead generation.
• Web Design & Development Expertise:
• Build and maintain high-performing, responsive, and SEO-optimized websites and landing pages using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP.
• Ensure seamless responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility for all digital assets.
• Collaborate with content and design teams to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and lead conversion goals.
• Conduct A/B testing to identify top-performing designs and optimize further.

Lead Conversion Strategies to Implement:

1. New responsive landing pages with clear CTAs and minimal distractions.
2. Gated content and lead magnets to capture visitor details.
3. Pop-ups and exit-intent strategies to engage visitors at critical moments.
4. Personalized CTAs to guide users through the lead funnel.

Requirements

• Strong experience in web design and development, including expertise in PHP, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, and other graphic design software.
• Proven success in creating and optimizing conversion-focused web assets, including landing pages and funnels.
• Expertise in A/B testing and using data-driven insights to optimize design and functionality.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing in lead conversion and campaign tracking.
• Demonstrated understanding of conversion metrics (CPL, conversion rates) and evidence of measurable results from past campaigns.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Web Development, Design, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
• Certifications in web design tools, Google Ads, or digital marketing are a plus.
• Experience in the financial services or stockbroking industry is advantageous.
