Senior Manager Finance Automation

Role & responsibilities

Finance Automation & Process Optimization ● Lead the automation of financial processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability. ● Partner with the tech team to drive seamless automation across the business, ensuring finance, operations, and technology work in sync. ● Identify and implement AI-driven financial forecasting and data analytics solutions to enhance decision-making. ● Develop and implement automated dashboards & reports for real-time financial insights. System Integration & Scalability ● Oversee the end-to-end integration of finance systems to ensure real-time data flow and accuracy. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, IT) to ensure smooth adoption of new automation tools. ● Drive process re-engineering to eliminate manual workflows and enhance financial controls. Expense, Treasury & Cash Flow Automation ● Optimize expense management workflows by automating approval processes and reconciliation. ● Implement automated treasury and cash flow management solutions to improve financial visibility. ● Ensure seamless alignment between finance, operations, and technology for improved cash flow forecasting. Strategic Leadership & Innovation ● Act as a finance technology champion, advocating for best-in-class automation solutions. ● Evaluate emerging financial technologies, AI-driven automation tools, and ERP solutions to enhance efficiency. ● Drive a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring that automation initiatives align with the companys growth strategy.

Preferred candidate profile

CA, Bachelors/Masters in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Technology. ● 5 to 7 years of experience in finance automation, system integration, or financial process optimization. ● Experience in retail, e-commerce, or omni-channel businesses is preferred. Technical & System Knowledge ● Strong understanding of finance automation, process digitalization, and system integration. ● Experience working with AI-driven financial analytics, forecasting, and ERP solutions. ● Knowledge of automation technologies, APIs, and data integration strategies.
