Planning Engineer

Role & responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using project management software.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Conduct regular progress meetings with the project team to ensure alignment and timely completion of tasks.
• Identify potential risks and delays, and develop mitigation plans to address them.
• Monitor and track project progress, comparing actual performance against the project baseline.
• Prepare and present project status reports to management and clients, highlighting key milestones and any deviations from the plan.
• Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment.
• Assist in the preparation of project budgets and cost estimates.
• Provide support in the development and implementation of project control systems and procedures.
