Navaratan Technologies - Head - Engineering Operations (8-10 yrs)

We are looking for a Head of Engineering Operations to oversee daily activities across the Engineering team along with other teams like finance, etc.

Working as the Head of Engineering Operations at Navtech, you will:

- Developing and implementing operational strategies: you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to ensure that all operations run efficiently to meet the organization's goals.

- Managing and optimizing operational processes: you will manage and optimize the processes of a business relating to production, the supply chain, logistics, customer service and quality control to ensure it can meet quality standards.

- Managing budgets: you will be responsible for managing the operational budget, including forecasting and allocating resources as required, to meet business goals.

- Analyzing data: you will analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and to ensure that all processes are efficient.

- Implementing changes: Based on the analysis of operational data, you may also identify and implement changes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction.

- Ensuring compliance: An Operations Head ensures that all operations comply with relevant laws and regulations and company policies and procedures.

- Managing relationships with suppliers and vendors: you may also manage relationships with suppliers and vendors to ensure that all products and services are of high quality and that the company receives them on time.

- Fostering a culture of continuous improvement: you are typically responsible for fostering a culture of continuous improvement and encouraging innovation and creativity to increase growth, profitability and customer satisfaction.

Who Are We Looking for Exactly?

- Proven experience as Head of Operations, Operations Director or similar leadership role.

- Should have the ability to develop and implement long-term operational strategies that align with the organization's objectives.

- Should have the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring that employees complete them on time, within budget and to the desired level of quality.

- Should have the ability to identify and mitigate operational risks to ensure that the organization can function effectively even when encountering unexpected challenges.

- Should have the ability to identify inefficiencies in operational processes and implement changes that increase effectiveness is beneficial for the company.

- Should have the ability to manage budgets, analyze financial data and make informed decisions to optimize operational performance.

- Should have the ability to work collaboratively with internal decision-makers, external partners and customers to achieve operational goals.

- Should have the ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, set clear expectations and hold individuals accountable for results.

- Should have the ability to gather, analyze and interpret data can help operations managers make informed decisions and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Should have a Master's Degree /Bachelors (BS) in Business Administration, Operations Management or related degrees and throughout education in English medium.
