Sales Executive

Role & responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Sales & Business Development

• Actively identify and approach potential clients (retailers, wholesalers, boutiques, distributors).
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through field visits and customer engagement.
• Pitch and sell ready-to-wear apparel collections, ensuring customer satisfaction.

✅ Customer Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
• Provide product demonstrations and recommend the right apparel solutions.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally.

✅ Retail & B2B Sales Strategy

• Work with the team to develop promotional strategies for increasing sales.
• Suggest and implement discount offers, bulk deals, and seasonal campaigns.
• Stay updated with fashion trends and competitors pricing strategies.

✅ Order Management & Coordination

• Process orders, coordinate with the warehouse, and ensure timely deliveries.
• Work closely with the marketing & production teams to manage inventory needs.
• Track payments, invoices, and follow up with clients for outstanding dues.

✅ Market Research & Analysis

• Conduct market surveys to identify customer needs and new sales opportunities.
• Gather feedback on clothing quality, pricing, and trends to improve product offerings.
• Regularly update reports on sales performance and customer feedback.

Preferred candidate profile

• Education: Graduate (MBA in Marketing/Sales preferred but not mandatory).
• Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of sales experience in the apparel/clothing industry.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and networking skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
• Familiarity with wholesale, retail, and B2B sales models.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, CRM software, and billing processes.
• Willingness to travel locally within NCR for client meetings.
