Job Description
1 Manager-QC Qualification :-MSc- Chemistry Experience :- 10 to 15 years in API manufacturing Industry Location :- Vasanthnarasapura KIADB Industrial Area, Tumkur Dist. , Karnataka. Job Role :- Implementing Good Laboratory Practices in QC Lab. Conducting training and ensuring the Qualification of new joiners in the QC Lab. Preparation and review of SOP s and STP s and protocols Conducting the periodic review of SOP s, STP s and updating the SOP s and STP s as per regulatory guidelines. Handling of Change control, Deviation and CAPA system procedure as per GMP expectations. Review and approval of Protocol and SOPs. Reviewing of Analytical reports to check the analysis results as per specifications. Handling of Non-Conformance, investigation and identifying root cause of Non-Conformance, Verification of implementation and effectiveness of the CAPA taken for the root cause. Preparation of protocol and perform the risk assessment and Gap analysis. Conduction revie and internal Audits and preparation of query response. To Co-ordinate with CFT for instrument/ equipment Qualifications. To participate in regulatory audits as and when required. Maintain accurate records of quality assurance activities, investigations, compliance, and documentation. Ensure proper documentation of product specifications, batch records issuance/review (BPR/BMR), review of equipment qualification records, protocol reports and change control processes. 1 Tumkur, Karnataka
