Job Description

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representativesto meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement sales plans and strategies to driverevenue growth and market expansion.
  • Provide guidance and support to sales team members,including training, coaching, and performance management.
  • Business Development:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities withinassigned territories or market segments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients,understanding their needs and positioning ServiceNow solutions effectively.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to developtailored sales pitches, presentations, and proposals.
  • Account Management:
  • Manage relationships with existing clients to ensurecustomer satisfaction and retention.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients to understandtheir evolving needs and align ServiceNow solutions accordingly.
  • Drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities by demonstratingthe value of additional products or services.
  • Market Insights:
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape,and market dynamics related to ITSM and digital transformation.
  • Utilize market insights to identify new businessopportunities and refine sales strategies.
  • Sales Operations:
  • Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, andreporting activities.
  • Ensure compliance with sales processes, policies, andprocedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline salesoperations and enhance efficiency.

Requirements

  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales,Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in software sales, preferablywithin the ITSM or enterprise software industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire andmotivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonalskills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and executesales plans.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a focus on driving revenuegrowth and exceeding targets.
  • Knowledge of ServiceNow platform and solutions is a plus.
