National Sales Manager - Medical Device

Job Description

The individual will be responsible for overseeing sales and marketing medical device activities PAN India. This role includes executing Super Specialty (Anaesthesia, Cardiology, Cardiac Surgery, Liver Transplant, etc.) strategy within India, driving the growth of sales across all Super Specialty products, and achieving assigned sales targets. Additionally, the individual will focus on building a strong sales pipeline and increasing market share in the region.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Analyse the market in India to identify the market dynamics so that the strategy can be adjusted accordingly to maximize the growth potential.
• Establish productive, professional relationships with key strategic sites in India.
• Coordinate the involvement of company personnel, including but not limited to clinical support, service and management resources, to meet performance objectives and customers expectations.
• Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives.
• Develop sales and marketing strategies that supports and drives the growth plan.
• Achieves strategic market objectives defined by management.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards.
• Reports to the Vice President Sales and Marketing.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• Track new projects, tenders enquiries and its execution.
• Identifying training requirements and facilitating the same.
• Maintains rapport with existing and key customers; identify new business opportunities.
• Adding new research centre / Corporate Clinics for unique products.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• 5+ years of experience in the medical device industry in a senior sale or marketing role.
• Experience in public, private & enterprise sales
• Bachelors / Diploma in Science. Management qualification will be an added advantage.
• Strong Communication & excellent presentation skills
• Knowledge of Demography.
• Ability to work in diverse environments under pressure
