Designation - Liaison Officer (NATS)

Essential

• Graduation in any discipline.
• BE / B. Tech shall be preferred.
• Minimum 2 Years experience in any Industry/Establishment
• Possessing good communication skills in English, Hindi & any vernacular language of Western Regional States that covers Chhattisgarh, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Gujarat and Goa.
• Candidate age should not exceed 33 years.
• Candidates should be willing to travel.

Desirable

• PG in any discipline
• Experience in supervising / arranging practical training in industries
• Knowledge of MS Office

Major Roles and Responsibilities

Training

• Identification of new sectors / establishments for on boarding with NATS.
• Increase in apprentice engagement numbers and establishments onboarded into NATS 2.0 in the assigned region by specified percentage every quarter in a fiscal year
• Visit establishments to assess training programs and identify shortfalls.

Outreach

• Conducting maximum number of awareness &engagement activities/ events in assigned region
• Promotion of NATS through social media and posters, magazines, pamphlets, etc.

Stakeholder Management

• Visiting a maximum number of establishments, institutions, and industry associations in a specified time period for forming and maintaining relations, and assessing training program quality and identifying shortfalls
• Visiting government bodies and other stakeholders to seek statistics, address demand-supply, onboarding, apprenticeship details, collaborations, and more
• Visiting facilitation centres periodically and also helping with stakeholder issue resolution.

Assessment

• Increasing establishment and apprentice enrolment for Assessment and Creditisation initiative and ensuring its smooth implementation.

Salary : Upto 5.40 LPA (Totally depends on last drawn salary along with your performance in interview with the department)
