- The founding team has a strong startup experience, is well funded and backed by tier 1 institutional investors.

The Responsibilities :

1. Facilitate the set-up and onboarding of regional chain accounts consisting of Modern Trade chains / Specialty Beauty chains / Salons / Corporate / Institutions / Gifting Vendors etc.

2. Handling and appointing Channel Partners (C&F / Distributors) of his territory.

3. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships through regular engagement.

4. Manage purchase orders, ensure timely order execution, and oversee collections.

5. Conduct fill-rate analysis, timely settlement of debit and credit notes, and intervene as necessary.

6. Check and report on competition activities.

7. Collect, evaluate and report data to assist in drawing meaningful inferences track product expiry and returns. Responsible for driving freshness at the store level of the stock.

8. Deliver on revenues on the Annual Sales Plan in line with Sales budget defined.

9. Supervise product mix performance and implement corrective measures where required in a region.

10. Produce monthly prospect funnel /pipeline and forecast for the region.

11. Ensure the in-store execution through team of executives and promoter merchandisers.

12. Build store level relationship in key store with key personnel's.

13. Take a hands-on approach, and act as partner concern point for all customer and system issues.

14. Collaborate with cross-functional teams internally in charge to develop joint initiatives and provide appropriate customer growth initiative.

15. Responsible for ensure promo activation and execution in store.

16. Responsible for driving BTL activations at region level.

Job Requirements:

- Person should have experience in Modern Trade / Organized Trade vertical and currently working in the same stream.

- Person should have understanding of the region / chain mix and should be able to manage relation at new and existing channel partners / DB etc.
