Job Description
- The Project Manager is responsible for creating project plan and overseeing all aspects of project development and delivery.
- Key aspect of planning, coordinating, and managing resources and activities to ensure project goals are met effectively and efficiently.
- Strong communication skills visible in writing, conversation and presentations
- Traits: Motivator and facilitator, curious, self-driven, empathetic, flexible, high integrity, cross-functional organizational ability
- Communication, Reporting & Legal
- Manage relationships with Donor, students and external collaborators in the program and conduct cadence calls / project plan reviews
- Consolidate milestone updates and Impact data to Donor
- Financial tracking / updates / projections / reporting
- Reconciling monthly expenditures and internal audit
- Ensuring the optimum utilization of the project budget
- Plan, execute and track project plans with a focus on the achievement of project deliverables, milestones and budget utilization
- Monitor program calendar to track & report on program metrics such as events, mentoring hours, workshops and other impact metrics
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and regulations
- Salary as per experience and organisations norms
- Fixed-term contract until Mar 2025, extendable depending on the performance of the individual and renewal of the program
