Cohort In-charge

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in project planning and implementation, operations including managing project budgets

• Adept with technology tools for planning and executing virtual webinars
• Proven ability to work in innovative and high-end technology environment

Skills /Knowledge

• Good communication skills in English written and verbal
• Good presentation skills
• Proficient in MS Office and Google suite
• High degree of process adherence and compliance
• Stakeholder relationship management
• Good with secondary research for information
• Generalist, quick learner, ideally abreast with latest trends in technology

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee implementation of cohort-related activities, ensuring high quality engagement of key stakeholders
• Strategize and design all cohort events and engagements keeping the program s pre-defined objectives in mind & ensure engagement of all key stakeholders
• Help with outreach activities for program during the idea submission process
• Oversee all mentoring efforts by internal and external mentors, ensuring targets are met and high-quality mentoring takes place throughout the project
• Identify and coordinate with the best available speakers and trainers for Workshops, Webinars and other program engagements.
• Ensure utilization of available budgets in the best possible manner, in coordination with the Program Manager.

Reporting

• Ensure proper documentation and create progress reports by collating program data on periodic basis and keep stakeholders updated.

Other

• Report to the Program Manager and carry out any program activities.
• Represent the program at key engagements, as required, both offline and online.
• Travel will be required.

• Salary as per experience and organization s norms
• Fixed-term agreement until March 2025, extendable depending on the performance of the individual and renewal of the program
