Salesforce Developer - Apex/Visual Force (6-8 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other relevant technologies.

- Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and other declarative features.

- Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs, web services, and other integration tools.

- Perform thorough testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure quality and stability of solutions.

- Deploy code and configurations using change sets, scratch orgs, and other deployment tools.

- Work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and other developers to gather requirements, provide technical expertise, and ensure solutions meet business needs.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce applications.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, user stories, and test cases.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases, features, and best practices.

- Mentor and guide junior developers.

- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to standards.

- Optimize Salesforce applications for performance and scalability.

Required Skills and Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 6+ years of experience in Salesforce development.

- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Solid understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, including governor limits and best practices.

- Experience with Salesforce declarative development tools, including Process Builder, Flow Builder, and Workflow Rules.

- Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration patterns.

- Experience with Salesforce security best practices.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
