Trainer - FS Java

Naresh IT KPHB branch is looking out for Experienced offline full time Faculties for Java.Candidate should be strong in Spring,hibernate, spring boot,web services, micro services etc and should have rich experience in giving classroom training. Mandatory to have training experience. Good to have additional skills.

Responsibilities

Curriculum Development: Create and maintain engaging and informative training materials, including course outlines, presentations, and practical exercises.
Training Delivery: Conduct offline or online training sessions, workshops, and bootcamps to a diverse group of learners.
Hands-on Instruction: Provide hands-on guidance and support to learners as they work on practical projects related to financial services applications.
Skill Assessment: Evaluate learners' progress through assessments and provide feedback for improvement.
Industry Updates: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in financial services and Java programming, incorporating them into training programs.
Mentorship: Offer mentorship and guidance to learners beyond the classroom to help them achieve their career goals.
Collaboration: Collaborate with other team members, such as curriculum developers and instructional designers, to ensure the quality and effectiveness of training programs.
