Role & responsibilities
TENDER -
1. ONLINE TENDER SEARCHING (RAILWAYS, NHAI, MORT&H, PWD, STATE BRIDGE CORPORATION ETC.)
2. MAKING SYNOPSIS of qualification & Eligibility criteria, technical & financial requirement etc.
3. Contractor registration in e-tendering portal
4. Tender Estimation
5. Tender document preparation & Bid submission online /offline
6. Preparation & Submission of reply/clarification raised by department during technical & Financial evaluation of bid. All documentation till finalization of the BID.
7. All tender related work
Correspondence -
1. Maintain Correspondence file of Projects
2. Drafting Letters of Projects
3. Mailing letters to clients & maintain track record of letters received from clients and sent to clients.
4. other project correspondence related work
