Job Description

Responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will possess strong commercial awareness- and have the ability to communicate with both technical managers( Plant Heads, Mechanical and Electrical HODs)- as well as executives(CXOs), and accept personal ownership of mutually agreed sales targets.

Responsibilities for the position include, but are not limited to:.

- New Business Development: Primary responsibility for regional sales targets.

- Competition Mapping: Get and stay up to speed on the offerings of Nanoprecise as well as the value proposition and competitive differentiation.

- Sales Process Adherence: Adopting best practices, including:.

- HubSpot usage, lead and opportunity maintenance, reporting.

- Interface and collaborate with global colleagues on multinational- opportunities.

- Maintain a consistent standard of excellence in all interactions with Prospects, including:.

Product demonstrations;

Proposal preparation and quotes;

- Timely responses and follow up.

Required Qualifications:

- Degree/ Masters in Marketing/Sales.

- Preferably from Mechanical/ Industrial Automation background.

- Overall, 8-12 years' experience in new business development.

- Has worked with end users and closed a minimum annual sales target of INR 10cr.

- Enterprise B2B/SaaS Sales experience.

- Aptitude for learning new technologies.

- Previous experience with asset management, maintenance, reliability and enterprise cloud-based solutions are an asset;.

- Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills.

- Enjoys working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

- A deep belief in team success, collaboration, and a willingness to adapt to continuous change.

- An ability to work independently, handle numerous assignments concurrently and consistently be a self-starter.
