Data Analyst - Data Visualization Tools (2-4 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Data Collection & Interpretation : Collect, organize, and interpret large data sets from various sources, ensuring the accuracy and relevance of the data.

- Data Analysis : Analyze data to identify key trends, patterns, and insights that can inform business decisions.

- Use advanced SQL, Python, R, and other tools to manipulate and explore data.

- Reporting & Communication : Prepare and deliver insightful reports and presentations to business stakeholders, translating complex data findings into actionable insights.

- Pattern Identification : Identify and highlight significant trends and patterns within data sets to drive business strategy and decision-making.

- Collaboration : Work closely with business teams, management, and cross-functional departments to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions.

- Process Optimization : Define and establish new processes for data collection, analysis, and reporting to improve the efficiency and quality of business insights.

- Data Visualization : Create compelling data visualizations using tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, or other platforms to present findings clearly and effectively.

Skills & Qualifications :

- Advanced SQL : Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.

- Advanced Excel : Expertise in Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis functions.

- Python / R Experience : Hands-on experience with Python or R for data manipulation, analysis, and modeling.

- Google Analytics : Experience with Google Analytics to track and analyze website data and user behavior.

- Data Visualization Tools : Proficiency in using Matplotlib, Seaborn, or similar libraries to create insightful and interactive visualizations.

- Data Science Libraries : Experience using libraries such as scikit-learn, SparkML, TensorFlow, or similar to build predictive models and analyze data.

- Experience : Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience in data analysis, data science, or related fields.

- Analytical Thinking : Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail when analyzing complex data sets.

- Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills to convey data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.

- Experience with additional tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence platforms is a plus.

- Knowledge of cloud-based data services (e., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) is a bonus.

- Previous experience in a fast-paced, data-driven environment is highly preferred
