Responsibilities:

• Develop and deliver engaging lessons for primary students in English, Hindi, or Telugu, ensuring alignment with the school curriculum.
• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation and fosters a love of learning.
• Use a variety of teaching methods, including inquiry-based learning, group activities, and individual tasks to cater to diverse learning styles.
• Monitor and assess students progress, providing timely feedback and support for improvement.
• Design and implement effective lesson plans that include a mix of instructional techniques, activities, and assessments.
• Organize and manage classroom activities, ensuring an engaging learning experience for all students.
• Encourage active communication in the target language, helping students develop reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills.
• Foster social, emotional, and academic development in a nurturing environment.
• Participate in school-wide events, meetings, and extracurricular activities.
• Maintain regular communication with parents regarding student progress and areas of concern.
• Stay updated with the latest educational methodologies and integrate them into daily teaching practices.

• Experience in managing a classroom and providing individual student support.
