Making outbound calls to prospects and converting them into qualified leads for the sales team. Following up with customers who have expressed interest in the product. Managing a database of contacts and keeping accurate records of all interactions with customers. Collaborating with the sales team to ensure that leads are properly qualified and passed on for further follow-up. Achieving weekly and monthly targets for the number of calls made, leads generated, and conversions achieved. Should have excellent communication skills.
