2️⃣ Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
3️⃣ Website & Landing Page Optimization
4️⃣ Data Analysis & Reporting
5️⃣ Social Media & Content Distribution
6️⃣ Coordination with Internal & External Teams

Key Skills & Competencies:

✅ Expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)  Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio.
✅ Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and SEO strategies.
✅ Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, GTM, and performance tracking tools.
✅ Ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights for campaign improvements.
✅ Strong project management and multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
✅ Knowledge of A/B testing, lead nurturing funnels, and digital marketing best practices.
✅ Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
📈 Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or SFMC is a plus.
💻 Experience in real estate marketing
