Analyst, Finance (Accounts payable)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Total Experience 1- 5 years
• Strong experience in an organization of repute, preferably with a Finance Planning & Analysis background.
• Strong experience in accounts payable process.
• Hands on experience in local GAAP and IFRS
• Good accounting knowledge.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proactive approach and ownership of tasks assigned.
• Strong customer focus and result orientation.
• Functional skills in analytical thinking and problem-solving.
• Qualification: B.Com graduate / MBA in Finance with 1+ years of post-qualification

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide support in the end-to-end accounts payable process entities.
• Ensure timely recording of all month-end items and closure of GL books in accordance with company accounting policies and local GAAP, including P&L analysis.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure monthly closing of books.
• Coordinate with auditors to ensure timely closure of audits.
• Conduct monthly reviews of vendors, perform account reconciliations, analyze open-aged items, and escalate or resolve issues promptly.
