Job Description
- Experience : 11+ Years
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in Pharmacovigilance with sound knowledge of the end-to-end pharmacovigilance value chain.
- Proven ability to generate automation ideas and use cases within the pharmacovigilance value chain (e.g., ICSR, Aggregate Reporting, Signal Management) using niche technologies.
- Business Analyst experience (minimum 2 years preferred) with a strong understanding of pharmacovigilance safety databases.
- Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks, including tools like JIRA, story grooming, and backlog creation (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-focused approach.
- Expertise in stakeholder management and creating detailed, concise documentation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration between business and technical teams.
- Proactive organizational and time-management skills, ensuring efficient project delivery.
- Act as a Pharmacovigilance Expert, providing domain expertise and innovation to build the practice.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technology teams to align business requirements with technical deliverables for successful project execution.
- Develop and document functional specifications based on an analysis of business needs, objectives, and challenges.
- Identify and implement automation opportunities across the pharmacovigilance value chain.
- (Optional) Serve as a Business Analyst, leveraging deep expertise in pharmacovigilance safety databases.
- Work within an Agile framework, utilizing tools like JIRA to support story grooming, backlog creation, and functional expertise for technical teams.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices, incorporating them into project workflows.
- Solve complex technical challenges efficiently, ensuring the stability and performance of deliverables.
