Associate Principal Engineer (Java Full-stack)

REQUIREMENTS:

• Extensive experience in Java full-stack development
• Proficiency in front-end technologies including AngularJS, React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture (MSA) and service-oriented architecture (SOA)
• Experience with cloud development and AWS Glue
• Knowledge of design patterns and best practices in software development
• Hands-on experience with Spring Boot, Spring Core, and Spring MVC
• Familiarity with configuration management tools like Chef, Grunt, Gulp, and Puppet
• Experience with Ember.js is a plus
• Proficiency in database management using MySQL and Hibernate/Spring Data JPA
• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools like Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work in an agile development environment
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions on time

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using Java, AngularJS, React, and other front-end technologies
• Architect and implement microservices-based solutions using Spring Boot, Spring Core, and Spring MVC
• Develop and maintain cloud-based applications using AWS Glue and other cloud services
• Ensure the application of design patterns and best practices in software development
• Implement service-oriented architecture (SOA) principles in application design
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Maintain code quality, organization, and automation using tools like Chef, Grunt, Gulp, and Puppet
• Develop and manage databases using MySQL and Hibernate/Spring Data JPA
• Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate them using Kubernetes
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code in Java 8/11/17
• Utilize build tools like Ant, Gradle, and Maven for project management
• Ensure responsive design and cross-browser compatibility using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards
