REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience -10+ Years
• Qualification - Chartered Accountant
• Strong working experience in end-to-end financial statement.
• Excellent accounting knowledge with the ability to read and interpret standards. An understanding of IndAS accounting is a plus.
• Strong experience in Implement new accounting standards in compliance with IndAS.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an independent and detail-oriented approach.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to articulate a point of view clearly to diverse audiences.
• Ability to adapt to diverse work cultures, think beyond cultural biases, and work seamlessly with colleagues across the globe.
• Independent thinker with the ability to navigate and solve complex accounting challenges.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage, improve, and support the end-to-end financial statement close process.
• Oversee group-level accounting and reporting in accordance with IndAS.
• Implement new accounting standards in compliance with IndAS.
• Conduct technical accounting research and provide expert advice.
• Ensure error-free finalization of yearly financial statements and other reporting deliverables under IndAS/IFRS.
• Maintain strict adherence to timelines.
• Perform detailed analysis of monthly financials and variance analysis before and after GL close.
• Stay updated on changes in financial reporting and compliance standards and assess their applicability.
