Sr. Executive Procurement

Position: Sr. Executive Procurement
Location: Corporate Office, Ahmedabad

Qualifications:

• Graduation in any discipline.

Experience Required:

• 4 to 6 years of experience in procurement, specifically in printed packaging materials, including all packaging materials for pharmaceutical products.
• Prior experience in a mid-size pharmaceutical company is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and procure printed packaging materials (cartons, labels, foils, etc.) as per pharmaceutical industry standards.
• Identify and develop relationships with vendors, ensuring timely delivery and quality compliance.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers to optimize cost efficiency.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with regulatory standards related to pharmaceutical packaging materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality assurance, and R&D, to align procurement with operational needs.
• Maintain and update procurement records, including vendor details, purchase orders, and inventory levels.
• Conduct periodic market research to identify new suppliers and innovations in packaging materials.

Compensation:

• ₹5,00,000 to ₹7,00,000 per annum.
