Job Description

  • Work closely with the Business Development and Sales Manager to hunt for new business opportunities and contact potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Extensively use Social Networking and Web for Secondary Research and lead generation.
  • Evaluate prospect requirements of clients and determine qualified leads through efficient networking and cold calling.
  • Open up a dialogue with potential clients, prepare and deliver pitches, presentations and teaser reports to potential clients.
  • Partner with the clients to build and support strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Work closely and regularly enabling the CEO s office with analytical reports for potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for development of pilots.
  • Engage with potential clients for the successful deployment of these pilots.
  • Research and identify emerging and new geographies for Company s existing products and opportunities for Company to develop new products while being fully aware of new products in the Company s domain and allied industries.
  • Understand in-depth the Company s products, applications and services in order to design, implement a strategic organizational sales plan and be responsible for driving revenue.
  • Assist the Business Development and Sales Manager to develop and execute sales plan with proper market intelligence and strategies.
  • Track sales goals, present sales, and revenue reports with accurate forecasts.
  • Maintain periodic status reports, activity reports, and calls/ follow-ups reports.
  • Regularly provide market information and competition updates to the Management.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
  • Graduation/Post graduation/MBA/PGDBM in Sales/Marketing or related field.
  • Prior Experience preferably 1-2 years in Sales, Marketing or Business Development.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication with command over written and spoken English.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to clinch deals.
  • Ability to interact with CXO level and potential clients.
  • Good Knowledge of Market Analysis tools.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Be a good team player with a positive attitude.
  • Strong sense of business ethics and professionalism.
