Job Description

  • Solely responsible for driving organization s revenue.
  • Hunt for new revenue opportunities within and outside existing repertoire of Company s products.
  • Open up a dialogue with potential clients and make detailed product presentations.
  • Work closely and regularly enabling the CEO s office with analytical reports for potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for development of pilots.
  • Engage with potential clients for the successful deployment of these pilots.
  • Research and identify emerging and new geographies for Company s existing products.
  • Research and identify emerging opportunities for Company to develop new products while being fully aware of new products in the Company s domain and allied industries.
  • Understand in-depth the Company s products, applications and services in order to design, implement a strategic organizational sales plan and be responsible for driving revenue.
  • Regularly provide market information and competition updates to the Management.
  • Partner with the clients to build and support strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Closely work with the team of Business Development Associates, set targets and oversee their performance.
  • Track sales goals, present sales, and revenue reports with accurate forecasts.
  • Maintain periodic status reports, activity report and calls/ follow- ups reports.
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE
  • Graduation/Post Graduation/MBA/PGDBM in Sales/Marketing or related field.
  • 4-5 years of prior experience in Sales (Digital Sales will be a big plus), Marketing, Account Management or Business Development.
  • Experience in technology, business intelligence / consultancy / advisory firm preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Passionate about Sales and driving revenue.
  • Excellent command over written and spoken English.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to clinch deals.
  • Ability to interact with CXO level and potential clients.
  • Strong analytical and leadership skills.
  • Competent decision maker with an ability to create and execute strategic sales and plan for revenue growth.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Strong sense of business ethics and professionalism.
