Key Responsibilities
Technical Leadership:
● Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers, data scientists, and NLP specialists to
deliver innovative solutions.
● Architect, design, and implement AI/ML models, including NLP, foundational
models (OpenAI, Meta, Anthropic), and agentic workflows.
● Ensure smooth integration of CrewAI for agentic workflows, enabling autonomous
systems to perform complex tasks with minimal human intervention.
● Oversee the deployment and orchestration of AI/ML models using Kubernetes to
ensure scalability, efficiency, and fault tolerance.
● Collaborate with other technical teams to integrate AI-driven solutions into product
applications.
AI/ML & NLP Expertise:
● Develop and optimize advanced Natural Language Processing (NLP) models,
including those for text generation, text classification, question answering, and
language understanding.
● Work with foundational AI/ML models such as OpenAI, Meta, and Anthropic to
leverage pre-trained models and build upon them for customized applications.
● Design and implement agentic workflows using CrewAI, enabling autonomous

systems that adapt and act based on dynamic inputs and goals.
● Lead the development and optimization of AI models, ensuring they are scalable
and capable of handling large datasets and complex tasks.
Project Management & Strategy:
● Define project goals, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with business
objectives.
● Drive the design and implementation of AI/ML solutions that align with broader
company strategy and market demands.
● Coordinate with product managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders to
understand requirements and translate them into actionable technical solutions.
● Ensure the team adheres to Agile best practices and delivers high-quality,
production-ready solutions.
Team Development & Collaboration:
● Lead, manage, and grow a team of AI/ML engineers, NLP specialists, and data
scientists.
● Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within
the team.
● Communicate complex technical concepts and progress reports to stakeholders
across the company.
Operational Excellence:
● Develop and implement workflows for the efficient deployment of AI/ML models
using Kubernetes, ensuring models are highly available and can scale with demand.
● Monitor system performance and conduct regular reviews to optimize model
accuracy, speed, and efficiency.
● Ensure proper documentation of all model-building and AI/ML processes,
maintaining a consistent and transparent workflow.
Qualifications & Skills
Education:
● Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a
related field.
● Masters degree is preferred.

Experience:
● 4-6 years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 2 years in a leadership
role.
● Proven experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP) models, including
foundational models like OpenAI, Meta, and Anthropic.
● Extensive experience working with CrewAI for developing agentic workflows.
● Strong experience with Kubernetes for deploying and managing AI/ML models in
production.
● Hands-on experience with agentic workflows, creating intelligent systems that
adapt and perform tasks autonomously.
Technical Skills:
● Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or R.
● Experience with AI/ML frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch,
Hugging Face Transformers, Scikit-learn, and others.
● Deep understanding of NLP techniques, including text classification, named entity
recognition (NER), machine translation, and question answering.
● Familiarity with code generation tools (e.g., OpenAI Codex, GPT-3) for automating
software development tasks.
● Strong experience with Kubernetes for containerization, deployment, and
orchestration of AI/ML models.
● Experience with cloud-based platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure, and
containerized deployments via Kubernetes.
Leadership & Soft Skills:
● Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and grow a team of engineers and
data scientists.
● Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex AI/ML and NLP
concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
● Strong problem-solving abilities and a creative mindset to tackle challenges and
innovate within the AI/ML field.
● Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results under tight
deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience with reinforcement learning or agent-based modeling in the context of
agentic workflows.

• Knowledge of AI ethics and data privacy practices, especially in relation to NLP
  and model deployment.
