We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager / Project Manager to oversee the delivery of projects related to the ServiceNow platform within our Automation Services function. This role will work closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure the effective delivery of ServiceNow projects and the implementation of the ServiceNow roadmap.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with project teams and internal stakeholders to capture requirements.
Act as the delivery lead for regional and global ServiceNow projects.
Manage project scope, schedule, budget, communications, risks, and issues.
Track project timelines and deliverables while preparing status reports.
Manage project resources and stakeholders across Group Companies.
Create communication documents for Automation Services initiatives.
Effectively communicate services and capabilities to internal customers.
Skills and Qualifications:
Mandatory:
Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of proven delivery management or project management experience.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of collaborating with senior management.
Leadership and decision-making abilities with a proactive approach and strong sense of ownership.
Logical, analytical, and pragmatic thinking to deliver value-added solutions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow.
Business-level English (written and verbal).
ServiceNow domain knowledge.
Formal PM Certification (e.g., PMI PMP, Prince2).
ITIL Certification.
Preferred Skills:
Experience working in a financial services organization.
Experience working as part of or with a global team.
