- Strong understanding of property laws, RERA compliance, and land title due diligence.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple transactions independently.
- Strong research and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with real estate financing and investment structures is a plus.
- Exposure to high-value real estate transactions and regulatory matters.
