Content Marketer

Job Description

We seek a talented and creative Content Marketer to join our growing e-commerce B2B marketplace team. You will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales.

Responsibilities:

Content Strategy & Planning:

Conduct market research to understand target audience needs and industry trends.

Develop a content calendar aligned with SEO best practices and overall marketing goals.

Identify content formats that resonate with the target audience (e.g., blog posts, infographics, social media content).

Content Creation:

Create high-quality, engaging, and informative content across various formats, including:

• Technical content for digital marketing modules (SEO, content writing for off-page SEO)
• Blog posts on industry trends, product updates, and customer success stories
• Compelling email and WhatsApp marketing copy
• Content for social media platforms (organic and paid)
• Google Ads and Facebook Ads content
• Influence marketing campaign content creation
• Ensure content adheres to brand voice and style guide.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize content for search engines (SEO).

Content Promotion & Distribution:

• Create engaging social media post content.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote content through email campaigns and other channels.
• Monitor and analyse content performance using website analytics tools and social media insights.
• Track ROI (Return on Investment) of content marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated on the latest content marketing trends and best practices.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in content marketing or a related field (e.g., digital marketing)
• Proven track record of creating high-quality and engaging content
• Strong understanding of SEO principles and content optimization techniques
• Excellent writing and editing skills with a focus on grammar, clarity, and conciseness
• Familiarity with social media marketing platforms and best practices
• Experience with email marketing and copywriting
• Experience with PPC advertising copywriting (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) is a plus
• Knowledge of B2B marketing strategies is required.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Data-driven approach with a focus on measuring and analyzing content performance
