Sr. Tours Executive / Team Leader - Sales & Operations - Domestic Tour

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the sales and operations for domestic tours, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
• Develop and optimize travel itineraries for domestic destinations.
• Oversee tour costing, profitability, and vendor negotiations.
• Manage hotel bookings and other logistical arrangements.
• Provide training and guidance to junior team members.
• Actively communicate with customers and address queries or issues.

Key roles -

• Candidates must have good geographical knowledge of India, itinerary preparation skills, tour costing, hotel bookings, direct dealing with customers etc.
