Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Team Lead - Customer Support to drive excellence in managing our B2B customer support operations. The ideal candidate will focus on enhancing customer satisfaction (CSAT), ensuring first contact resolution (FCR), managing escalations, and leading a high-performing team to deliver exceptional support experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of customer support executives to achieve CSAT and FCR goals.

- Efficiently handle and resolve customer escalations, ensuring swift and satisfactory outcomes.

- Monitor, analyze, and optimize support processes to improve overall team performance and customer experience.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address recurring customer issues and drive process improvements.

- Track team performance through metrics and ensure adherence to SLAs in a fast-paced B2B environment.

- Foster a positive, collaborative team culture, driving engagement and professional development.

Qualifications:

- 3-5 years of experience in customer support, with at least 1-2 years in a team lead role in a B2B environment.

- Strong understanding of CSAT, FCR, and escalation management.

- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

- Proficiency in CRM tools and support management systems.

- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, customer-focused setting.
