Job Description

Ideal product manager will be passionate and will deliver an unparalleled customer, partner and user experience to establish Myntra as India s largest fashion lifestyle marketplace destination.
The role is part of the broader Customer Growth charter, focussing on the problems in the social content commerce landscape, and building products targeting the younger customer cohorts.
The product manager will create a strategy and roadmap, and lead the product charter for a unit within the overall product management organization.
In this role, you will own and drive multi-year roadmap(s) which align the above user understanding with business objectives as well as competitive benchmarks to come up with practical and impactful solutions. You will prioritize the features based on business impact and work with engineering to deliver the roadmap.
On a day to day basis, you will work with research, analytics, UX, data science, multiple engineering, business and third-party stakeholders. Given the wide span of projects in terms of systems teams, you will be coordinating with a large number of stakeholders to ensure that charter is on track and moving evenly across different themes. Defining the metrics and owning the targets which align with the organizations goals.

Desired Skills and Requirements:

Total experience of more than 5+ years
4+ years of product management experience ideally for consumer web products or ecommerce.
BE from premier schools. MBA a plus.
Ability to work with large quantities of data and business skills to leverage analytics for decision making.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work with stakeholders. Work closely with Engineering and Business to drive Product roadmap
Ability to organize, manage, and prioritize tasks. Prior experience working with engineering through complete technology product lifecycle.
Ability to partner with stakeholders with influence credibility.
Have business and tech savvy and provide thought leadership by monitoring industry and technology trends
Must be an innovative, strategic thinker and must be able to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment with changing priorities
Must be able to author PRDs and Use Case Documentation to facilitate product development, with extensive user research.
Bonus points: Must have worked in an Agile model using tools like JIRA and Confluence. Product Design experience is a definite plus.

Dislikes

Promotions are slow and not that worth. Salary hikes are very low. Very less money in general. People leave company within 2 or 3 years. Retention is poor.
