A bridging role between production and post- production team, the Creative Quality team acts as the quality gatekeeper for catalog imagery quality. The team extensively works with both studio teams to ensure best output, with editing and re-editing teams to constantly update them on imagery benchmarking and cross- functional team for LVP enhancement through re-positioning of imagery, better cropping or resizing of images, image edits etc.
Responsibility:
Coordinating with the imagery production and post-production team to create best quality images.
Training the Myntra partner studios with our guidelines and mentoring them through the process whilst trying to bring them at par with our in-house production.
Come up with innovative ideas to constantly improve the catalog experience for the customers.
Work in tandem with various teams within the catalog and outside to bring offline experience to the online shopping and improve the customer engagement on the app.
Perform the quality check for the visuals for issues related to Photography, styling and editing.
Ensuring daily targets are met along with the high end quality deliverables.

Must possess passion for fashion and have a keen eye to detail.

Excellent team and time management skills to coordinate between various teams while ensuring timely completion of tasks at hand.
Should be good at translating ideas into well articulated presentations.
Hands on understanding of fashion styling and photography.
Should have knowledge of photoshop/ illustrator/ lightroom.
Qualifications Experience
Should be graduate from design college, preferably in Fashion Communication
At least 4 years of experience in fashion studios or a fashion house
Ideally from an e-Com background.
Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in a highly demanding environment.
