Job Title: Data Analyst/Senior Data Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Data Analyst with 2 years of experience to join our data-driven team. In this role, you will analyze complex data sets, generate insights, and provide actionable recommendations to support business decisions. You will collaborate closely with various departments to help drive strategic initiatives and optimize performance across the organization.

Key Deliverables:

- Data Collection & Management: Gather, clean, and organize large data sets from multiple sources to ensure data quality and integrity.

- Data Analysis: Perform exploratory data analysis and apply statistical techniques to extract meaningful insights from the data.

- Reporting & Visualization: Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using tools like Excel, Tableau, or Power BI to present data findings to stakeholders.

- Trend Analysis: Identify trends, patterns, and correlations within data to inform business strategies and decision-making.

- Product Listing Optimization: Work with the marketing team to optimize product listings by leveraging data-driven insights, including keyword analysis, customer behavior, and marketplace algorithms.

- Data Quality Assurance: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of marketplace data through regular audits and data validation processes.

- Inventory Management: Collaborate with the supply chain team to analyze inventory levels and recommend strategies for inventory optimization and stock replenishment.

- Performance Tracking: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer reviews

- Pricing and Competitor Analysis: Analyze pricing strategies and competitor activities on marketplaces to optimize pricing and maximize profitability.

- Cost Analysis: Conduct cost analysis to identify areas where operational expenses can be reduced without compromising quality or service levels.

- Inventory & Supply Chain Analysis: Analyze inventory levels, supply chain processes, and demand forecasting to ensure optimal stock levels and reduce excess inventory.

- Forecasting & Predictive Analytics: Use historical data to develop predictive models for demand forecasting, capacity planning, and resource allocation.

Skills & Experience:

- 1 year of experience in data analysis or a related role

- Proficiency in SQL for querying and managing databases.

- Strong skills in Excel, including advanced functions, pivot tables, and data visualization.

- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.

- Programming skills in Python for data analysis and automation.

- Familiarity with statistical analysis and modeling techniques.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms (Google BigQuery).

- Experience in an industry relevant to the role

Educational Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field
