As a Management Trainee , you will get hands-on exposure to the exciting world of store operations at MyFroyoland. This is an excellent opportunity for students currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Hotel Management to gain practical knowledge and leadership skills. During your 6-month internship, you will work closely with the store team to learn all aspects of store operations, customer service, inventory management, and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Store Operations: Learn about inventory management, stock control, and equipment maintenance to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the store.
Staff Management: Assist in coordinating staff schedules and support team members in dayto-day activities.
Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and learn how to manage customer queries, feedback, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales & Marketing: Get involved in promotional activities, product displays, and branded campaigns to help drive sales.
Financial Management: Understand the basics of controlling daily takings, handling cash, and other financial operations within the store.
Health & Safety: Ensure compliance with hygiene standards, food safety protocols, and the overall cleanliness of the store.
Leadership Development: Work under the guidance of experienced managers and supervisors, learning essential leadership skills and receiving feedback to grow.
Pan-India Exposure: Get hands-on experience working across stores in multiple regions of India, learning the intricacies of managing operations on a pan-India scale.
