• Shift Timings - Mon to Fri 9pm to 2am IST and Sat 9pm to 11pm IST

Job Description:

We are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Marketing & SEO Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO, content writing and graphic design, with a proven ability to create compelling marketing materials across digital platforms. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for various platforms (social media, email, website).
• Create high-quality, engaging content that aligns with the companys brand voice and business goals.
• Design visually appealing marketing materials, including infographics, social media graphics, and promotional assets.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of marketing campaigns.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform strategy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in US marketing, content creation, and graphic design.
• Proficiency in content writing, with a strong portfolio of blog posts, articles, and social media content.
• Expertise in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) or Canva.
• Excellent understanding of digital marketing strategies, including SEO, email marketing, and social media marketing.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
• Exceptional communication skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in marketing for tech or software companies.
• Knowledge of video editing and animation tools is a plus.
• Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
